Cherry Hill Fire Department (CHFD) has utilized direct marketing for years to remind voters to approve their annual budget, so what’s different about this year? Digital and social platforms have changed the landscape…

Idea Lab Digital (ILD) designed and developed a custom HTML Email Newsletter along with a Facebook Sponsored Ad Campaign for the Cherry Hill Fire Department. Facebook ads would be displayed to residents of Cherry Hill within their newsfeeds, sending reminders to go out and vote for the annual budget! Two sets of ads were created; one that would run leading up to voting day, and another to run on the day of. The same message would be emailed to our audience in a custom formatted newsletter. To accompany the digital components of this campaign was a physical, direct mailer, sent to all Cherry Hill residents.
